This Privacy Policy describes how Edify Studio ("we", "our", "us"), operated by Edward (based in Tbilisi, Georgia), handles information when you use our applications and games available on the Google Play Store, including Mergenova: Merge Puzzle and any future apps published under the same developer account.

Short version: we don't collect personal information ourselves. Some third-party services we use (like Google Play Games and AdMob) may collect limited data — details below.

Information We Collect

Edify Studio apps do not directly collect, store, or share personal information from users. We do not maintain our own servers or user accounts.

However, some apps integrate third-party services that may collect certain data automatically:

Google Play Games Services — for sign-in, leaderboards, achievements, and saved games. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads. See Google's AdMob privacy disclosures.
Google Play Services — for app distribution, crash reporting, and in-app purchases (if offered).

How Information Is Used

Any data collected by the third-party services above is used only for the purposes those services provide — enabling game features (leaderboards, sign-in), showing relevant ads, and helping us understand crashes or stability issues. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with anyone else.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through one of our apps, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

Permissions

Our apps request only the permissions needed to function — typically internet access (for Play Games and ads) and minimal storage. We do not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, location, or other sensitive data unless an app explicitly states otherwise.

Data Security

Because we do not collect personal data directly, there is no personal data stored on our side that could be exposed. The third-party services we use apply their own industry-standard security measures to any data they collect.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes will be communicated in our apps where appropriate.
